- Purpose and basis of processing:
In order to carry out the recruitment process, in order for a possible employment with West Co Impex, your personal data will be processed and collected. Consequently, without having your personal data at your disposal, West Co Impex SRL will not be able to contact you and carry out the necessary steps in order to conclude the individual employment contract. The collection and processing of your personal data will be done in compliance with the appropriate guarantees for your fundamental rights and interests, under the conditions of Article 6 paragraph 1 ( b) and (c) of the Regulation. If you have not been hired as a result of the recruitment process, the company will not keep your CV.
- Categories of personal data processed:
Only personal data necessary for the purpose mentioned above will be processed. In particular, the Company will process your usual personal data, mentioned in the CV and / or letter of intent communicated, including, but not limited to first and last name, image (if any), e-mail address, telephone, date and place of birth, sex, level of education, domicile, address, residence, nationality, country, skills and abilities, employment history, driving license, level of education, professional certifications, plus any other data provided by you or requested for the purpose set out in point 1 above. West Co Impex S.R.L. will not process your personal data in the sensitive data category 1, unless the processing is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations or, where appropriate, exercising specific rights of the controller or the data subject in the field of employment, social security and social protection, in accordance with the applicable legislation (e.g data resulting from the activity of occupational medicine, in case you will be selected for the position).
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, you should be aware that without providing the necessary personal data, the company will not be able to proceed with the recruitment process for you. Also, if you are selected for the position you applied for and you refuse to provide us with data absolutely necessary for the conclusion of the individual employment contract, namely: proof of the level of education completed, the certifications required, the experience mentioned in accordance with requirements of the job, that individual employment contract may not be terminated under the law. Your personal data may be transferred / disclosed to various recipients such as LTI, NAFA or other institutions and bodies, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and for the purposes of processing. Your personal data collected for the purpose of the recruitment process may be retained by West Co Impex S.R.L. until the completion of the recruitment process. The company will not keep your data even after the position for which you applied has been filled by another candidate.
What are your rights?
Beginning on 25 May 2018, you have the following rights under the EU Regulation on the protection of personal data: the right to access data, the right to rectify or update data, the right to delete data, when certain conditions are met (e.g if data is no longer required for the above purposes), the right to restrict processing, the right to be notified of any rectification or deletion or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to be notified in case of infringement of data security, the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for the cases in which you have given such consent. You also have the right to file a complaint with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing.
